Morphological Characteristics of the Main Bud of the Embrio the Grains of Winter Rye

The paper presents the results of a study of the morphology of the cone of growth and primordium of leaves of the main bud of the embryo grain of winter rye of some varieties from different breeding centers in Russia. The length of the cone of growth reached in the investigated varieties of rye from 51 to 89 μm. Some varieties of rye in the cone of growth of the embryonic shoot of the embryo grains indicated the embedding of the 4th phytomere in the form of a leaf rudiment.

Biological Characteristics of Productivity of Various Breeding and Genetic Forms Winter Rye

The paper presents the results of a study of the biological characteristics of productivity of various breeding and genetic forms of winter rye, presented by grades and district of the Saratov breeding. Significant varietal differences in development of individual morphological parameters of the shoot. The number of leaves of the main shoot per plant in winter rye agropopulations different varieties ranges from 6 to 9 units, stem length from 1249 to 1660 mm, length of ear, from 75 to 139 mm, number of spikelets of spike – from of 27.7 to 40.2; the number of grains ear – to 64.8 36.0 units.

Glaukonit’s Influence on Viability and Development Seeds of Some Grain Crops

It is defined macro- and microelement composition of glaukonite ore of the Beloozersky field of the Saratov region. It is established that it contains a set macro- and the minerals necessary for a mineral delivery of plants. The possibility of application of the studied glaukonite as tools for processing of seeds of grain seeding before crops, on the example of seeds of wheat and rye is considered. Effectiveness of processing of seeds of Marusenka rye and spring-sown Favourite weak field is studied by aqueous extracts of a glaukonite of various concentration (0,01; 0,1 and 1%).
