Некоторые аспекты антимикробного фотодинамического воздействия
Антимикробная фототерапия является альтернативным методом борьбы с клинически значимыми микроорганизмами, ассоциированными с поражениями кожи, слизистых оболочек ротовой полости, дыхательного, желудочно-кишечного и урогенитального трактов. Метод использует нетоксичные красители, называемые фотосенсибилизаторами, молекулы которых могут возбуждаться безвредным видимым светом с образованием активных форм кислорода. Многочисленные исследования метода in vitro и in vivo продемонстрировали уничтожение микроорганизмов или существенное сокращение их численности. Активные формы кислорода продуцируются при фотоактивации и атакуют такие мишени, как белки, липиды и нуклеиновые кислоты, присутствующие внутри микробных клеток. Обзор суммирует современные данные по антимикробному фотовоздействию.
