Optimization of the Conditions for Determining 2,4-D and Deltamethrin by HPLC

The paper presents the results of optimizing the conditions for the chromatographic determination of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and deltamethrin for two capillary columns (Supelcosil LC-18, Kromasil C-18). The modes of individual chromatography of pesticides were selected. The use of the isocratic elution mode in the joint presence of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and deltamethrin was shown and experimentally proved to be invalid. Three options were proposed for the conditions of the gradient mode of the separate detection of analytes in a mixture.

Chromatographic Separation of Some Triazines by HPLC

Sorption properties of simazine, atrazine, propazine and prometrin on commercial chromatographic columns of LiChrospher 60 RP select B, Hypersil BDS-C18, and Zorbax SB-C18 were studied by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode matrix detection. The influence of the composition of the mobile phase on the chromatographic characteristics of the separation is considered. It was found that with the content of acetonitrile in a mixture of PF from 10 to 30 vol/vol. the chromatographic peak of atrazine is practically not manifested.

Method of Determination of Ciprofloxacin HPLC Using Organized Mediain Pharmaceuticals

It is shown that in the analysis of medicines fluoroquinolone by reversed-phase HPLC with fluorimetric detection modification mobile phase γ-cyclodextrin leads to a decrease in the detection limit of antibiotics to 8 times. The possibility of determination of cipro- floxacin in the presence of tetracycline and quinolone derivative series. The proposed method is tested in the analysis of pharmaceutical preparations containing ciprofloxacin.
